COMMERCIAL – ALTERNANCE (H/F)

Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous cherchons à recruter un commercial qui nourrira un portefeuille existant de grands comptes tout en développant de nouvelles entreprises afin d’optimiser les revenus de l’entreprise. À ce poste, vous devrez travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des ventes et l’équipe de gestion de projet pour mettre en place efficacement des partenariats à long terme avec des entreprises Fortune 500.

Responsabilités:

  • Gestion d’un portefeuille grands comptes (région D-A-CH)
  • Création de nouvelles entreprises clés via des appels à froid, des courriels, des réseaux de vente et des références
  • Gestion des demandes entrantes (téléphone, e-mail, chat en direct) générées grâce à notre solide plan d’action eMarketing
  • Reporting à la direction via Salesforce
  • Support clients

Qualifications:

  • Une expérience préalable en vente de services B2B est indispensable
  • Compétences en gestion de compte et en établissement de relations
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais (le français est un plus)
  • Très bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite
  • Doit être proactif, dynamique, ne pas avoir peur de l’échec, prêt à anticiper avec les clients, indépendant, auto / apprenant rapidement, confiant et déterminé
  • Passionné de technologie numérique / mobile
  • Une expérience antérieure avec Salesforce est un plus
