PRODUCT MANAGER (LONDON / PARIS)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager expert at building products that corporate customers love and use.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate  new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

  • Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

 

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (DÜSSELDORF)

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager who will nurture an existing portfolio of key accounts while developing new business ventures in order to optimize the company’s revenue. In this position, you will need to work closely with the Sales Director and the Project Management team to efficiently set up long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a key account portfolio (D-A-CH region)

  • Establishment of new key businesses via cold calling, emailing, sales networking & referrals

  • Management of incoming inquiries (phone, email, live-chat) generated through our solid eMarketing action plan

  • Reporting to the management via Salesforce

  • Onsite delivery of our interactive solutions (involves travel in and outside EU)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B Service Sales is a must (at least 1 year)

  • Strong account management and relationship building skills

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Very good communication skills both oral and written

  • Must be proactive, dynamic, not afraid of failure, willing to anticipate with clients, hard worker, independent, self/fast learner, confident and determined

  • Passionate about digital/mobile technology

  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus

PROJECT MANAGER (DÜSSELDORF)

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager who will deliver our services following our high-quality standards. In this position, you will need to work closely with the Sales Team and the Support Team to efficiently manage our clients’ events from the beginning to the end.

 

Responsibilities:

Event preparation and coordination

  • Onsite setup management – Infrastructure, registration, AV (involves travel within the D-A-CH region)

  • Onsite delivery of our interactive solution (involves travels within the D-A-CH)

  • Direct communication with clients & Follow-up

  • Team management and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Experience in at least 2 of the following areas:

    • IT-SaaS solutions, wireless and computer networking

    • Show production – Event AV, video or sound production

    • Data management – Microsoft Office, Google Tools, CRM (Salesforce ideally)

    • Participant management – Track record in Customer Service, hospitality or event management

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree

Profile:

Willing to travel and work with different cultures

  • Can travel abroad on 3-4 days long projects, at least 3 or 4 times per month

  • Passionate about digital/Mobile technology

  • Client-oriented, with an acute business development sensibility

  • Willing to go the extra mile to reach perfection

  • Fluent in both German and English (A third Language is a plus)
