British Gas have acquired a Angage Interactive Voting System with the willingness to engage their team. Indeed, it was felt that the system should be used to help include the Customer Care team in the company's endeavours. British Gas took this a step further: as the overall team consisted of 350 people, 250 additional handsets were required to supplement the ones already held.

Conference organizer, Amanda Irwin, had never used the system before wich was not a problem at all for the Angage team who taught her how to manage the system from scratch so she could run the voting herself at the event. Easy: Amanda simply downloaded the software and undertook a crash course using the customer training manual and support from the Angage technical support team. It seems that Amanda enjoyed using the system:
