KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (SEVERAL LOCATIONS)

To support our growth, we are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager who will nurture an existing portfolio of key accounts while developing new business ventures in order to optimize the company’s revenue. In this position, you will need to work closely with the Sales Director and the Project Management team to efficiently set up long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 firms.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a key account portfolio (D-A-CH region)

  • Establishment of new key businesses via cold calling, emailing, sales networking & referrals

  • Management of incoming inquiries (phone, email, live-chat) generated through our solid eMarketing action plan

  • Reporting to the management via Salesforce

  • Onsite delivery of our interactive solutions (involves travel in and outside EU)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B Service Sales is a must (at least 1 year)

  • Strong account management and relationship building skills

  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

  • Very good communication skills both oral and written

  • Must be proactive, dynamic, not afraid of failure, willing to anticipate with clients, hard worker, independent, self/fast learner, confident and determined

  • Passionate about digital/mobile technology

  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus

TEST AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Your main role will be to implement UI testing and automation of functional testing, working closely with our front-end and back-end engineers, to implement changes to our user interface according to best practices.

Your main responsibilities :​

  • Analysing functional requirements

  • Manual testing of the functionality of our application as per the requirement.
    This also includes all UI aspects like look-and-feel, prompts/notifications, validations, application theme consistency and best practices of Material design.

  • Bug-tracking and prioritization

  • Automation of test cases

  • In back-end: Perform unit tests and API route testing

  • In Angular front-end and Ionic: Perform unit, integration and e-2-e tests

  • Providing feedback to the development teams, ensuring the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality of requirements

  • Provide reports based on test results

 

Desired skills :

  • Previous relevant software testing experience (minimum 3 years).

  • Test case writing experience is mandatory

  • Knowledge of these tools is mandatory: PHPUnit, Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine, Karma

  • Knowledge in JUnit is a plus.

  • Knowledge on mobile (Ionic testing) is mandatory.

  • Knowledge on Appium, Postman is a plus.

  • Working experience with issue tracking like JIRA

  • Knowledge of Angular and PHP/Laravel and Ionic basics is mandatory

  • Knowledge of CI tools like Jenkins.

  • Working with remote and Offshore teams

  • Proficient in both English and French

  • Handle code deployments in all environments

  • Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve

  • Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improvement of development delivery

 

Manage CI and CD tools with the team :

  • Document and design various processes; updating existing processes

  • Improve infrastructure development and application development

  • Follow all best practices and procedures as established by company

 

Technologies :
